Used to mechanize natural materials such as marble and granite as well as synthetic materials like engineered stone quartz based



For marble the drills used have electrolytic / welded bonds. They can be used in either wet or dry environments.

For granite and synthetic stone, the drills used have metallic sintered bonds. These drills must be always used in wet environments. They are wheels with continuous or segmented crowns.

In manual machines we recommend hexagonal handlers to avoid the drill turning during the process. In CNC machines, the most common handler is ½” GAS.

For marble, the discs used have electrolytic / welded bonds in radial machines with a diameter up to 230 mm. For higher diameters, the discs used are sintered, metallic bond with segments.

For granite and synthetic stone, the most common discs are segmented with metallic bonds, composed of different hardness depending on the stone to be cut.

The machines employed to cut stone are manual (radial) or CNC.

The milling process is a shape cutting operation to make castings. It can be made by hand or in CNC machines.

For marble the tools used have electrolytic / welded bond, or with sintered metallic bond for granite or synthetic stone.

In addition to the finger bits to tear, we can find them in any shape in order to outline.

In any case, as this is a very exigent work, much refrigeration and high cutting capacity are needed.

They are finger bits used to make the canals of the dish drainers, mainly on kitchen counters.

Depending on the result we wish to obtain, we will use more or less steps until we get the desired roughness.

With synthetic stone, by using only 4 metallic steps we can obtain a perfectly polished canal, with the same finish as the kitchen counter’s surface.

The ones that are most commonly used are the shaping routers to polish the edges of different materials in CNC machines, or cup-shaped drill bits for flat edge-polishing machines.

In CNC polishing machines, for marble we use 3 kits of electrolytic / welded routers to obtain the required finish and polish with only one pass. For granite, we use 5 step kits, 4 metallic and 1 of diamond resin to obtain a perfect polishing without needing any other tool.

For synthetic stone with a quartz base we have an innovative technology that consists of only 4 steps, all metallic, to obtain a perfect polishing. We do not need resins or abrasives in order to obtain a perfect shine. This technology allows you to have a perfect finish in the minimum amount of time, which makes the edge-polishing process very effective, mainly for kitchen counters.
