POMDI – Herramientas de Diamante – a leading industrial diamond tool manufacturer, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Champion Union Company to market the company’s diamond core drills throughout Europe, under Chuangyuan trademark.
The tools’ innovative content and quality are well above the market standard and clearly differentiate the firm’s products from the competition.
Key features:
- High-quality stainless-steel shank to prevent rusting.
- Diamond laser-welded to the shank to prevent breakage at the weld, as the laser joins the two materials together inseparably.
- Cutter shell just 0.8 mm thick to produce extremely high-quality drill holes and facilitate penetration.
- Diamond section with relief flutes specially designed to remove the PVB when drilling laminated glass.
- Perforated diamond section means the drill bit’s cutting flutes are kept sharp throughout its service life (self-sharpening).
The agreement helps POMDI fulfil its goal of providing cost-effective machining solutions to current and potential users, an approach designed to make the company a benchmark for both clients and suppliers.
The new product range released by the alliance will be on display at Veteco 2010, the International Window, Curtain Walls and Structural Glass Trade Show, which is due to take place from 4–7 May at the Madrid Exhibition Centre (halls 4, 6, 8 and 10).
